1. 100% of all purchase orders received are reviewed and accepted within 2 business days of receipt
2. No less than 100% of all machined parts/tools pass "Final Inspection"
3. No more than 2% of machined parts/tools end up as scrap
4. No less than 95% of all machined parts/tools are shipped on time
5. No less than 98% of machined parts/tools are accepted by customers
6. No less than 100% of supplier and vendor invoices are paid on-time
